Interactive filter 'field' value is empty

Hi all,

 

A user is trying to create an interactive filter but after selecting 'table' and when selected 'field' values then it is showing empty as in screenshot .

But when i tried to do that with my access then i am able to select the field and its showing. what can be the reason , the user has lot of roles ,not sure what is restricting for the user

Hi @phani24 ,

 

Please confirm by impersonating this user and opening a user record (in the sys_user table) that have access to the fields you are looking to select.

Hi @phani24 ,

 

This is for sure a role issue. Please take a look at the users role to see if he has access to sys_user table.
