Existing Reports / Dashboards on Agent Workspace Landing Pages

Hello,

I have posted this question before, in regards to the Quebec instance, and was told to wait for San Diego as there may be more configuration.

Just got my San Diego PDI, and I am still not finding a way to do this.

I would like to use existing Reports and/or Dashboards to build an Agent Workspace Landing Page. I see a way to drag a new "Data Visualization" tile, which allows me to make a new report, but this seems like a massive waste of effort. We already have countless reports and dashboards built over the years. Surely there is a way to add these (at least the individual reports, if not the entire dashboards) to the landing page? 

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Am I missing something?

I have faced the same issue, servicenow has removed PA/Report component from Agent workspace so we have to rely on Data Visualization which is about creating report from scratch. I know it's frustrating but I don't think they will bring back that component.

Any Progress on this . Looking for the same option.

Hello Kenny,

I would suggest you can raise a Hi ticket with Servicenow to know if there is any possibility about it. Because I do not think you would get a definitive answer on Community.

Currently as you are already aware we cannot do it. So it is best to check directly with Servicenow and see if there are any plans or not.
