External vendor accounts and access storage

Looking for suggestions....  We are currently licensed for ITSM and Project Management.

 

I have been asked to research if ServiceNow is capable of storing external vendor account details and access.   From time to time, we are requested to provide audit with a detailed list of our external vendors and the access they have to our network, drives, servers, applications etc.

 

It would be optimal to be able to log access tickets against these external vendor accounts.  Or at least have a way of keeping track of when access was granted/rescinded.

 

Has anyone done anything like this before?  Or know of anything that ServiceNow has to offer with respect to this type of request?
