Extract the Data from Spreadhseet

Hi Team,

I have created custom table and contains field such as A,B,C,D. I have a catalog item which contains the link to download the attachment. User will download the attachment and fill the information and upload it to the form and user will submit the request. Once request gets completed we have to extract the information from the spreadsheet and insert into the custom table. How we can do this. Any idea.
