I’m working on integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, but I’m running into connectivity issues between the two instances.
I’ve checked the endpoints and credentials on both sides, and I've made sure that the integrations are configured properly, but I'm still unable to establish a successful connection.

Hi @Community Alums, I’m the Community Manager at Exalate
Connectivity issues between Salesforce and ServiceNow can be tricky. Are both endpoints reachable from each other’s network? Make sure firewall or proxy settings aren’t blocking outbound calls on either side.
If you're open to exploring different approaches, there are integration tools that help reduce complexity around connectivity and authentication. Some teams use: Mulesoft, Zapier, or Workato for low-code options
You might also consider Exalate — it’s an integration solution that allows for bi-directional synchronization between ServiceNow and Salesforce. It’s designed for teams that need detailed control over what data is shared, how it’s transformed, and when it syncs, all while keeping the setup flexible and easy to manage.
Hope this helps!
