Rather than creating 5x favorites as a user then impersonating as the colleague and re-creating the same favorites manually do you know a quick way to apply the 5x favorites to the 5x people in one hit please?
I've had a search on the forum and wasn't able to find a tip this afternoon.
I just manually completing this task and was thinking 'must be a smarter way of doing this'.
Thanks in advance!

I think the answer you are looking for is in this previous thread:
If you are referring to the bookmarks that people typically see in the Navigation Pane, then you can configure via sys_ui_bookmarks table without needing to impersonate everyone.

Thanks a lot - I've always referred to the '*' as favorites rather than Bookmarks.
Worked perfectly!

1) Under System Definition=> Bookmarks you can see all the favorites defined
2) Open the bookmark you want to copy
3) Update the user for the bookmark
5) right click on the form header and select Insert and Stay
