Add filter"&"Run filter option is not visible for the suer

here the problem is the user is not able to add the filter conditions while adding the related incidents.

with the admin role am able to see the same filter conditions.

but the same filters are not visible to the user. it will show and disappear while loading.

the user is having the itil role

Hi,

 

On the Related List right-click on any column heading and select 'List Control' from the menu displayed. Check you have not restricted access to filters by needing admin to perform Filter activities. The below example will restrict Filter activity to any user unless they have the 'admin' role.

but with the itil role the user are able to user the filter property in my another instance
