Few widgets are not visible to end users in service portal, however they are visible to admin users. How can i resolve this?

what exactly have you written in widget? if you are showing some fields value on that widget , might be possible the ACL is restricting them to view that.
Also validate the role restriction has mentioned in the widget script ?
