I have one custom table. When the user created a new record, for few of the columns they want to give input in Japanese language. How to achieve this?
Thanks

Hi Vaishali,
There is no ability to define language down to the column/field level. Language is a global setting. If the fields are text, the users should be able to enter Japanese characters if their computers are set for that. If you are dealing with references or choice lists, you might try putting the Japanese characters as a choice for the language that is being displayed.

Hi Vaishali,
One of my team members is in Japan and his email signature includes Japanese characters. As a test, I copied a few of them and replaced the short description on an incident with those characters. They saved correctly and when I reloaded the form were still in place. Based on that, I'd say as long as your users can type or copy/paste the Japanese characters into the field, they should save. It should be easy enough for one of your users who needs to enter that text to test.

The fields/columns are text fields. Is there any way to do that?
