Cannot see 'add block' knowledge button in knowledge article

Hi

 

I am trying to create a knowledge block in an article but I do not see an add block button although I have installed the knowledge block plugin already. I am using the Tokyo release.

Have you enabled blocks on the specific Knowledge Base?  There is an Enable blocks checkbox on the Knowledge Base record and it must be checked.
