I have a question about the All Templates Filtering on Incidents. Is it possible to search for multiple words on separate templates? Or configure ServiceNow to do this?
For example, typing one word will search all the template for that one word. If I type android, it will populate all template that contain the word android. However, if I type android enrollment, it will search for all template that have the word android and enrollment together. I am wondering if it can display all templates that have android or enrollment, in any order.
