Find how the default view has been modified

Hello,
We have experienced a strange issue this morning where the Default view on HR form has been modified and all the fields have been removed from the view.
when I checked the Form Layout versions, don't see any recent changes.
Tried checking the customer updates (sys_update_xml) table with no luck. Want to check how do we know how the default view has been modified?

Same issue we are also experiencing , whenever we move any update set to the instance , ,this list layout get to default only,

Have you tried logging the call with ServiceNow?
