Hello,
we are trying to integrate LDAP into ServiceNow or vis-versa... But I am unable to find informations about the "fixed IP-Address" ServiceNow uses to establish the connection. Any idea on where to find that information?

Hmm, that's the IP I used to configure my passthrough for LDAP authentication.

Ping your SN instance?

You can ping your SN instance, but that will likely only give you one of the many IPs you need/want. SN instances are load balanced and held/mirrored in multiple datacenters. Contacting SN is the only reliable way I've found of getting all of the required IPs.

Go in HI-Instance. There you find a service called "My IP Information".
