Hi Team,

 

I have requirement in the knowledge center, when ever user create a new article, i need the text block should be only "arial" and font size should be "12PX" should be fixed and user should not able to change this.

 

I have check with the default value in dictionary override, but that is not working here, because of the UI

Hi @dhivyal94299399,

 

i was doing something similar for email templates, it was possible to set default values but it was not possible to disable the chance to edit it afterwards..

it's been some 3 years-ish ago so maybe ServiceNow has evolved in this but it was lots of efforts with with no satisfying results :(( also check the KB preferences and system properties, there might be some way to do it maybe...
