Fixing intermittent empty menu?

Hi all,

 

Our ServiceNow instance sometimes is unable to load the menu returning an empty list.

 

I did suspect sometimes is due to network slowness.

1. I was wondering if anyone else is having similar issue?

2. Is it possible to relate to our Menu size?

This seems to be a browser issue to me!!

Please clear the browser cache and try again.

Agree, yes related to browser issue.

It just happens quite often.

Bad user experience to request user to clear the browser cache and try again all the time.

 

Therefore = I was exploring if anything can be done by the system itself.

This is definitely a ServiceNow issue in my opinion, even though it's browser related. We're a small team of 20 users and each and every one of us are experiencing this annoying problem, and it happens extremely often.

Your team situation is worse than mine. I am receiving report about 1 out of 20 users.

Did you raise support ticket to ServiceNow?
