Flow context getting deleted for the active RITMs

Hi all,
We have recently come across an issue where the flow context getting deleted after the approvals.
When we try loading the flow context, receiving the following error.
'There was an error loading the execution details for this flow context'
This is an intermittent issue. One in 50 RITMs has this issue.
Haas anyone experienced this issue and know how to fix it?

Hi,
Did you recently upgrade?
If this is intermittent then raise HI ticket with ServiceNow and they can investigate it.

Hi Anku,
Thank you for the response. We upgraded to Rome three months ago and it appears we had this issues before upgrade too. Since it's an intermittent issue, it was never brought to our attention. Will log a call with HI support.
