Flow Designer -Action - Remove from the group not working properly

There is a scenario where a user needs to be added to an Azure group and then automatically removed from the same group after a specific time. I have created a flow for this. The user is being added to the group successfully, but during the removal step I am getting the following error:

Error message: “User does not exist in the group.”

Could you please suggest what might be missing or misconfigured in this flow?

are you sure that user is in that group in Azure AD?

Yes Ankur, I double checked with AD team, user is part of that group.

did you test that Flow Action with some other user + group combination to see if user deletion from group works?

I tried with other users with same group
