Hello all,
I have been working with flow designer to trigger some email notifications for prospective P1 Incident SLA breaches.
I am struggling to understand when flow designer should run. Could you please help me understanding how to accommodate below business case with flow designer ? I am sharing some screenshots in the post.
- I want email notifications to be triggered when Business elapsed percentage is %50,%75,%90 (this part is done)
- SLA Stage = In Progress
- Incident Priority is P1
The flow designer is set to run Once. This works perfectly when the assignment group of Incident does not change. However when the following case happens, It does not work. Assume P1 Incident is created and It was assigned to initial assignment group. However, when assignment group changes and new SLAs are attached to the Incident Flow Designer does not trigger email notifications as expected.
I think this is related with Flow Trigger but I wanted to double check with you. Which flow trigger type should I use to achieve above business case ? I am sharing screenshots of the current setup of the flow

Hello Alp,
If my understanding is correct, you should take a look how the default SLA flow is configured.
I'd recommend you do the following:
- create you definition
- configure your flow with the trigger "SLA Task" - use the example presented in "Default SLA Flow"
- attached the your newly configured flow to the definition created at point 1.
I believe that should do the trick.
Hope this helps!
