Flow designer- How to change the existing flow to run as system user.

Hi all,

I would like to know how to make existing flow in flow designer to run as system user as the catalogue items are causing some problem while running as "user who initiates session".

Any idea how to change ?

Hello DiNesh,

Go to Application Navigator => Flow Designer => Designer:

1. Open an existing flow;

2. Select Properties and change the Run As user.

Run As does not show for existing flow

Open your existing Flow, click on ... dots as shown below,

Click on properties 

Update the Run as
