Inquiry about the [idea_manager] role and its access to Demands created within the Ideas Module.

Hello, I've been tasked with working with the ideas module and I want to inquire about the [idea_manager] role. I'm a bit new to it within ServiceNow, but I understand that the role allows for the [idea_manager] to create a demand from the submitted idea. The issue that I noticed is that when I was impersonating a user that only had that role. For a demand they've created, they had access to the entire demand view when clicking "Open Record". Am I misunderstanding how demands apply to this role? Is there a way to change this so that they are unable to view those specific fields? (Screenshots below to demonstrate what it looks like when I am impersonating a user who only has the [idea_manager] role)
