Flow designer in ask for approval (approval is skipping)

Hi Team,

 

I have created a subflow similar to approval coordinator using flow designer . attached the xml for your reference. issue i am facing is at as for approval activity where as per the log data is coming perfectly but approval is getting skipped . i can see rule as ApprovesAnyG[groupsys_id] . users are active , group is active and also the sys_id i am receiving from previous step is fine but not sure why approval is getting skipped . please help .

  1. Check if the users associated with the approval activity have an email address associated with their user profile. If a user does not have an email address, they will not receive email notifications related to the approval and the approval may get skipped.

Users have email ID configured in user profile.

I have also added the group using group approval ,then it is triggering approval.
