FLOW designer not fetching catalog variables at the RITM level

Hello,
The "Get Catalog Variables" action in my flow designer does not seem to work as expected.
Only some variables are displayed in the RITM.

So which type of variables are not shown in the Available Slush bucket?

Hi,
Actually, I create new variables on an existing item, so my new variables doesn't appear when I submit a request (checkbox, reference, selectbox..)
