Hi @Nithya Devi ,

In order to create a record in any table in ServiceNow flow designer follow the below steps:

  1. Go to flow designer click "new" and start creating a new flow.
  2. Give the trigger conditions for the flow so that it can execute when the trigger conditions are met.
  3. Now, go to actions and search for "Create Record" and give the desired table details and set the values of the fields.
  4. If that is all you wanted you can end the flow by clicking "+" and then click conditions and select end flow option or add few other actions by clicking "+".
  5. Once done with all the actions you can go ahead and click "save" and then test the flow.

Please mark this "Helpful" and correct if you feel this solution helped you.

Thanks and Regards,

  1. Add an Action to Create a Record:

    • Add an action by clicking + Add Action and select Create Record from the action options.
    • In the Table field, choose your custom table (the table where you want to insert the new record).
    • Define the fields and their values for the new record. You can either set static values or use variables from the flow's trigger or previous steps.
