Flow gets triggered sometimes its not mappings the data

Hi,

We are facing issue with flow designer we have created request flow for mappings of data, but the issue is sometimes flow gets triggered sometimes its not means the mappings are not working sometimes. we have checked properties & kept it as system user but still the same issue persists. Can anyone provide any resolution on this.

then @mania , why this ss didn't show any error? Why you have added this ss? I want to see details of trigger and get catalog variables action from executions.

Hello @mania ,

I have checked all the things so, but everything looks good. Can you please open the trigger and get catalog variables from executions and post the ss here because issue is in the record mapping of RITM and I like to see record value in the trigger.
