Follow up button is redirecting user to Catalog form instead of Ticket page for only one cat item

Hi,
There is service portal page where we are showing all the request of the requesters. That request can be of any catalog items.
For each of the request, we have 'Cancel' and 'Follow up' button. When a user clicks on 'Follow up' button it should redirect the user to ticket page where he can see all the ticket history as attached in the screenshot.
It is working fine for all the catalog items except one catalog item.
For that catalog item it is initially redirecting to the ticket page and then quickly back to the catalog form.
Not able to understand the root cause of the issue and the solution.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
