For scheduling a report

i have schedule the reports on daily and periodically basis, but i didnot received any email regarding that report which is scheduled.i have checked the system properties and changed according to those settings yet i am unable to receive that report through email.

it will be happy if anyone helps me on this..

SMTP Server Configuration

Review System Email Properties

Check User Preferences

Are you trying this in PDI , if yes then Email are restricted in PDI due to security restrictions? Hope you are scheduling report via report --> Scheduler option on Report form.

Is this in your PDI or in a production instance. Please also share a snip of your configurations for the schedule. by doing this, it will be much easier to help you.
