Form in Employee center 3 variables side by side

I have a form in the Employee center and I need the 3 variables to be side by side.
I tried the catalog builder and it didn't work and also vo that there is a plugin that allows access to more types of variables but also the company does not have this plugin.
I tried the HTML variable and make it like a table but it's just the raw code and I can't put the variables in the fields.
Is there another way?

Hi @MARISA INACIO1 ,

                                         ServiceNow follow single or double column view in forms and it is not possible to have 3 column views.
