Hi,
I have a requirement to integrate a third part application using which ill have submit a particular catalog item and must be able to generate a request and RITM in my servicenow instance. Since am new to the concept of API can I please get some assistance on how I can perform this.
Should I be using the Post method(submit an order) to perform this.
Any help and guidance is appreciated.

Hi Supritha,
refer below links for help
you can inform the 3rd party with the sample request once you try that via Postman
You will have to inform them about the catalog item sys_id, variables etc
