Getting error in Access denied to create new email in flow designer

Hi Team,

 

I am getting Access denied to create new email   and the notification record not created in the email table i am unable to find this thing if any one knows abt this could please help me on this

How does your flow run? As user that triggered it, or as system user? If it's as user that triggered it, can you update to system user? It could be that the user isn't allowed to perform certain actions or see data you need for the email.
