Getting mails from different mail box

Hello Community,

 

 

I know we have this mailbox configured in service now (instance-name@service-now.com).There are some users who r getting mails from (internal@service-now.com).Please help me here how I may troubleshoot this issue to check mails from such suspicious mail box.?

Hi @Sajal Chatterje

You can check that email details from Emails logs ( sys_email ).

Open that email log ( seach based on record number or subject line )  and get the notification name which has triggered that email. 

 

Once you have the notification name, open it and check if there is "From" has same email "internal@service-now.com" or not.

If that not helped, then open support case , provide the specific email log details and ask for trigger point.
