glide.ui.session_timeout is not working.

Hey,
I am trying to set "glide.ui.session_timeout" property value to 10 mins as per the given requirement but it is not working as expected.
The session is becoming inactive only after the default value 90 mins for users and 30 mins for guests.
But no prompt is visible in native & portal view. Any idea why prompt is not visible ?
