The Global Search (magnify glass in the top right corner) shows search results for Open and Closed Incident records, but all other record types (Change, SCTASK, etc) are Open or Active only - is there a way to update to show all records not just Open or Active?

Hi,
Go to search groups in left navigation and then open task. And see this filters.
Once you remove those filters or add your own filter it will work.

Go to the table configuration module in service-now and search for ui type as platform ( assuming you want these change on native UI ) there you will see the configuration has been set up based on your table , open those record, you will see "when to display" tab there you need to change the condition based on your need.

Did the changes as suggested but it is throwing empty result when searching vendor change number for closed change ticket. Could you please suggest how to fix this.
