Global Search - Can it include Closed items?

The Global Search (magnify glass in the top right corner) shows search results for Open and Closed Incident records, but all other record types (Change, SCTASK, etc) are Open or Active only - is there a way to update to show all records not just Open or Active?

Hi,

Go to search groups in left navigation and then open task. And see this filters.

Once you remove those filters or add your own filter it will work.

Hi Carla

In my OOTB instance closed Changes are included in the Global Search results. Are you able to view closed Changes when navigating to Change > Closed, as it sounds like it may be a permissions issue?

You mean whenever we search in global, It should shows values for all change. Please correct me if i am wrong.
