Group approval

A request submitted by specific users who belong to same department should go to group approval and in the form the variable should be read only. this can be achieved via workflow ?

Can you clarify what you mean by 'users who belong to the same department'?

Hi Jaap,

This action is to happen only to IT department in the user record.
