Group names showing as "empty"

Hi Community,
For one of the user in "sys_user" table group names showing as empty. Can you please let me know the reason for this. @Ankur Bawiskar

so you are saying the same group shows name for some other user and not for this user?
If yes then it's ACL issue, debug that

Hi @tulasi8
Faulty integrations or imports can create orphaned rows in sys_user_grmember table (check created by) where the user exists, but the group reference is empty.
Workaround:
Using background script -> clean those empty group data ( try in your non-prod)
script to remove empty groups from user profile

Maybe if the user is not actually a member of any groups, if the referenced group record has been deleted or is invalid, or if an ACL is preventing the user from viewing the group records. I recommend first checking the sys_user_grmember table to verify the user's group memberships and confirming that the referenced group records exist and are accessible.
