Guided Tour getting Failed with error message - "Tour ended because next step was not found."

Hello All,
We created a Guided Tour for SOW. The first few steps are on the /now/sow/home page. After clicking the 'List' icon, the page changes to /now/sow/list for the next steps.

The tour works fine for a few days, but then it randomly fails on the list page with the error: "Tour ended because next step was not found."

We aren't sure if this is due to a instance patch upgrade or something else. We have already manually fixed the broken steps twice, but we are looking for a permanent solution to prevent this from happening again.

Has anyone faced this issue? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!
