Hi,
I have to create a report on SLAs, did they breach or not, so I created one (see below), but I would like to switch the order for True & False values (False first, True second) and if possible change their labels for example False => Achieved, True => Breached (or SLA met / not met).
Is there a standard way to do it without creating a new field?

You can Try adding Sort from Z to A using the classic view. You wont be able to change the label from the report though. But You can change the label in the task_sla table to 'SLA Met?'
