Have anyone done venafi integration with ServiceNow, to maintain the SSL/TLS certificates in CMDB? Please advise if you have any experience towards it

Yes I have done the integration Venafi with ServiceNow.  It took us 6 months of preparation/development/testing then went live in production successfully.

The end result was automation of all Internal SSL/TLS Certificates.  External certificate will need to be processed manually.

Implementation of these two products brought visibility to upper management of All Certificates that exits, due to expire during freeze, expire due to its validity period etc.

overall great experience and recommend any company out there to have this process in mind.  Saves lots of time for requestors/admins on spending time to keep track of certificate expiration especially.
