Help on a Query on context(string) in topic block virtual designer

Hi All,

I am trying to create a topic(Test) in Virtual designer, where in I am calling the contextual search topic block in it. 

I am very new to virtual agent topics, could you please help me letting know what has to be placed at the place of context(string) in the input mapping of the topic block properties

Hi,

Input Context expects sys id of Search Context . This will be used to allow users to search what you want them to search.

Navigate to Search Context table by typing "cxs_context_config.LIST" in Application Navigator search. Then select the search context and copy the sys id of that into your input Context field on your New Topic.
