Help with Surveys

I'm currently working in the Rome release on a survey. I copied a previous survey that contained a Likert template question. However, the choices do not stay in the order in which they were input. I even started a new survey from scratch and I get the same result. Attached is an example from Survey Designer in which the first question was moved to the second position after I clicked Save, and an attachment of the Preview in which the first question is in the right spot, but the other questions are out of order. Any advice?

Hi

Can you check the order of the questions.

Navigate to View surveys.

Open your survey.

Click on Metric Categories

Under Assessment Metrics , check the order of the questions. If they are not how you are expecting rearrange them.

Thanks for the response. I have checked this setting, unfortunately, I do not have the option to move the selections around and they are all ranked 100 (see attachment). In previous surveys when I have used the template, each statement was ranked differently (e.g., 100, 200, 300, etc.). Now, it ranks each statement within the template as 100.

Hi,

Looks like a template is being used. For template Value field determines the order aswell -

When you view questions that use templates, answer options appear in order from smallest to largest Value. Each template definition for a given template must have a unique Value.

If you re-read my original post, I stated that I was using a Likert template.

The issue I'm having is not with the responses (Agree, Disagree, etc.). Those have various numbers assigned to the value from 1 to 5.

My issue is with the statements that each person is supposed to rank using the Likert scale. No matter how many times I input the statements, they do not stay in the order in which I've entered them and each question is assigned a number order of 100 versus when I originally created the survey over a year ago, each statement had a different number for the order (from 100 to 400), which likely kept the numbers in order. That feature appears to be missing.
