I Have question Related workflow.

In the form   5 Fields

1. staff member1

2. staff member2

3. staff member3

4. staff member4

5. staff member5

My Question is how to generated 5 SCtask one by one. and i was choose 4 fields then create 4 sctask only

you can use 5 workflow scratchpad variables and check which one is populated and based on have flag

then use IF activity and check value of scratchpad variable for each variable and then have catalog task created

Create the catalog task based on the check box selection 

you can use flow designer as well for this to achieve

How create workflow sctack based on check box selection
