Where are the backend conditions for the Incident SLAs widget in Service Operations Workspace?

Hi Community,

I’m working on Service Operations Workspace → Home → Overview → Your team’s work and want to understand where the Incident SLAs widget (donut chart) gets its data.

I am not asking about SLA definitions (contract_sla) or SLA engine logic, but only about the dashboard/widget conditions.

I’ve reached the widget in UI Builder:

Home page → Overview → Dashboard → List container → widget data list

From here, the widget seems to use a Dashboard data broker / Dashboard controller, but I’m not clear:

  • Where the filters/conditions (Incident, Breached, Your Team) are defined
  • Whether this data broker is shared with other widgets

Could someone confirm where exactly these conditions are configured and the recommended way to modify them?
Need the clear path please
