Hide Catalog Item on an Order Guide

Hi,

I have an Order Guide that is used for on-boarding of New Hires. This has an AD Account Item to enable/create the User Account which needs no User Input. 

 

I have been able to hide non required variables that gets cascaded from the initial screen but since this requires no user input I would like to hide it but this also needs to be create a RITM when request is submitted. 

 

I have tried looking up but not able to locate something to hide the Catalog Item & ensure it gets submitted.

You can't hide items natively, you can potentially customise the widget. I've previously enforced the behaviour whereby a user can't remove an item: Mandatory Rule Base in Order Guides. I did that so users wouldn't remove the AD User account creation catalog item which would break the entire process, but allow them to optionally remove other items. 

 

Potentially marking it as non-removable is sufficient for you too?
