Hide Preview icon on related list

I want to hide preview option in the related list. Something like below in scoped application table.

I tried some UI scripts in the community, didn't find the exact solution. Any help would be appreciated.

basically it is a m2m table, and they just don't want user to open the record.

Any luck with this yet? I'm working with a company with a similar need. They want to list the records in the related list, but do not want the individual records to be opened.
