looks like you have added a user criteria for who it should not be available for , and added snc_internal to it .

itil users will also have snc_internal and so its getitng hidden for them as well.

You need to add criteria for users who should see it and add itil to it.

Hi @Anurag Tripathi

I want to give access to all the user except end user, how to do that.

 hi @dhivyal94299399  ,

If you want the Quick Link visible to everyone except end users, don't use snc_internal in the "Not available for" criteria, because ITIL users also have snc_internal.

Instead, create a User Criteria for the users who should have access, for example:

Roles: itil
Or include the other roles/groups that should see the Quick Link.
Add this criteria under Available for.
This is safer than trying to exclude snc_internal, because snc_internal is not exclusive to end users.

If you truly want everyone except users with only snc_internal, you may need a more specific User Criteria based on roles/groups rather than simply excluding snc_internal
