Hide quick link from end user

Hi ,

I have configured a quick link and it should be hidden from end user who has only the role snc_internal. But its getting hidden for itil user also

You can create a new role, for example new_end_user_role, and assign it to the end-user group.

Then create a User Criteria based on this role and add that User Criteria under Not available for in the Quick Link.

This way, the Quick Link will be hidden only for users having new_end_user_role, while ITIL and other internal users will still be able to see it.
