Hiding IIncidents / Requests Assigned to a Specific Assignement Group

We would like to restrict viewing/searching for Incidents or Requests that have been assigned to specific Assignement Groups. These tickets may contain sensitive information and should only be viewable/searchable by members of those groups or Admin users.
