Hello Community,
I’m working with the Walk-up Experience portal and noticed that the "The waiting time is:" message is not getting displayed for users in the queue.
- I’ve reviewed KB1096144 and understand this could be related to an ACL issue blocking the getMessage call for external users, and that the suggested workaround is to add the sn_walkup.walkup_login role. 
- However, I’m unable to find the recommended ACL (sys_id: 193d6a93d7210200bef20ee60e6103fc) in my instance, even after activating the Walk-up Experience plugin (com.snc.walkup). 
- Plugin is enabled and demo data is installed; related roles seem present. 
Questions:
- Has anyone faced this issue where the waiting time message is missing but the ACL does not exist in the instance? 
- Are there additional steps, updates, or security configurations needed for Washington or later releases to restore this functionality? 
- What’s the best way to manually recreate the missing ACL or resolve this for external walk-up users? 
Any help, best practices, or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
