How are the taxonomy layers and taxonomy nodes in Service portfolio Management structured? There are all these different rules and I am struggling to figure the best way to structure these levels.

There are so many different rules with the interconnection between taxonomy layers and nodes it is hard to figure out how to leverage both and do it within the rules

I'm also struggling with this. The taxonomy layer just seems superfluous..  

Have you managed to design anything that works for you? I wouldn't mind taking a gander if you have!
