How can end users submit standard change in portal?

How can we allow end users to submit a standard change in the service portal without changing ACLs? it redirects them to change form in portal and it says no record found.

Hello Kaylee,

You need to setup user criteria (Available for) on the standard change record producer. Please see below screenshot.

For this you need to create a separate record producer for standard changes.

Hello,

I guess there is no other choice but to either modify 'create' ACL or create new 'create' ACL on change table only for ESS users, But if Record producer is visible and records are getting created but not visible to them then you can redirect to other pages like there in below threads
